Pancake Protein Cookies

These cookies are a chewy, high-protein version of a classic breakfast. They are simple and contain just 5 ingredients. 


Ingredients:


  • Podium Maple Butter Pancake Protein Powder (66g)
  • Old Fashioned Oats (60g)
  • PB2 Pure (14g)
  • Cinnamon (1g)
  • Salt (Pinch)
  • Water (1/3-1/2 cup)


Instructions:


  1. Blend dry ingredients into a powder.
  2. Mix in water slowly until a cookie dough consistency is reached. 
  3. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray of choice.
  4. Divide mixture into 4 cookies on baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes. Flip half way. 
  6. Let cool and top with sprinkle of cinnamon and sea salt. 
  7. Enjoy!
